MSI gt680

MSI have set up a website (MSI GT680 Serial Number Checking), so that people anywhere in the world can type in the serial number of their GT680 notebook computer to check whether or not the Intel chipset inside it is the flawed older version. If the search results do not show a corresponding number, it means that the product in your possession is equipped with the new Intel chipset and you can use it worry-free.

MSI is working with sales points around the world to allow purchasers of laptops with flawed chipsets around the world to return their products. If the search results, therefore, indicate that your laptop has the earlier flawed chipset, please contact the store, website, or sales point from which you purchased your laptop as soon as possible.

Because MSI and Intel work closely together and responded very quickly when the flawed chipset was discovered, MSI has completely resolved the issue involving products with old Intel chipsets. The only exception is a small number of GT680 laptops. No other laptops with the flawed chipset are still on the market. If you recently purchased another model, MSI guarantees that you will have no problems in regard to the old flawed Intel chipset and you can use your laptop worry-free.

Another excellent tool to benchmark your graphic card is 3DMark 11, a tool recommended for every gamer out there
